Our Mission

The PHA’s mission is to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing conditions for low to very low-income families and to manage resources efficiently. The PHA is to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.

About Us

The Holly Springs Housing Authority offers 1 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms with a total of 90 apartments on three sites:
Valley Homes (40 units) located at 289 West Valley Street
Chesterman Homes (28 units) located at 250 South Chesterman Street
College Homes (22 units) located at 422 West College Street
